If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.
Returns must be in new – unused condition in the original packaging and must include packing information in the original shipment and any Free Gifts received with the order – to avoid gift charges.
Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Returns made after that date will not be eligible for refund – only for replacement under our LIFETIME WARRANTY policy.
Glasses received in damaged condition must be returned within the 30 Day purchase period for exchange or refund in accordance with the previous requirements. Damaged glasses returned after the 30 Day period may be replaced only according to our LIFETIME WARRANTY policy.
All returns must be packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Glasses damaged during return will not be eligible for refund.
